This trip is real adventure that is wonderful time to experience the nomadic life, beautiful natural and culture of Mongolia. Mongolia has 4 high mountain ranges. We will do trekking to the Otgontenger peak of Khangai Mountain range which is 4021 meters above sea level and hiking on golden sand dunes with oasis.

| Day 1 Arrival in Ulaanbaatar |
| Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and transfer to hotel. After check-in hotel, we will do short city tour including Sukhbaatar Square, Chinggis Khaan Monument, Gandan Monastery and Zaisan Hill for panoramic view of the city. Before dinner, we will enjoy Mongolian traditional folklore concert. Have a dinner. Overnight at hotel. |
| Day 2 Ulaanbaatar - Uliastai town |
| After breakfast, transfer to the airport to take a flight* to Uliastai town, a center of Zavkhan province. Meet with our driver. Visit Javkhlant hill, white stupa of 9 Saint. Overnight at local hotel in Uliastai. |
| Day 3 Uliastai town - Otgontenger Mountain |
| Drive to Otgontenger Mountain (80 km driving for 4-5 hours). Arrive at hot spring resort and have lunch at resort. In the afternoon, start trekking to the Mountain. Overnight at tent |
| Day 4 Otgontenger Mountain - Trekking day |
| Trek to the mountain see picturesque scenery of Khangai Range. Otgontenger is the highest peak of the Khangai Mountain Range. In the evening prepare for the climbing. Overnight at tent |
| Day 5 Trekking day |
| Ascend to Otgontenger peak. Arrive in Badarkhundaga Lake. Badarhundaga spectacular lake is located in front of the mountain Otgontenger Mountain, little bit lower location from snow caped peak. The lake is 300-400 m long wide. Overnight at tent |
| Day 6 Trekking day |
| Climb to the snow peak high 4021 m above sea level. Return to base camp. Overnight at tent |
| Day 7 Reserve day |
| Reserve day for climb and relax. Visit nomad family and you can see nomadic lifestyle and daily activity (If you want, we can do trekking to another mountain). Overnight at tent |
| Day 8 Otgontenger Mountain - Uliastai town |
| We will trek to the hot spring resort and have lunch at there. Afternoon, drive to the Uliastai town for 4-5 ours. Have a dinner and overnight at local hotel in Uliastai. |
| Day 9 Uliastai town - Bayan Lake |
| Drive to Bayan Lake. Bayan Nuur is a salt lake, among the Bor Khyariin Els sand dunes, is in the remote western part of Zavkhan, and is difficult to reach. The scenery is fascinating and locals claim there is good fishing. The lake is located 290 km from Uliastai and 30 km long, 18 km wide, 20-80 meters deep and is located at an altitude of 1645 m above sea level. Overnight at tent |
| Day 10-11 Bayan Lake - Trekking days at Bor Khyariin Els sand dunes |
| We will do trek to the Bor Khyariin Els sand dune. The sand dune is 180 km long and 15 km wide, and it is located 1450 m above sea level. We will stay in different places each day. Overnight in tent |
| Day 12 Khar Lake - Uliastai town |
| Return to Uliastai town. On the way we will enjoy Khar Lake. The lake is 30 km long, 10 km wide and 48 m deep and sand dune in north side, high mountains in south side of lake. There are some rare fishes and birds. In the evening we will come in Uliastai town and overnight at local hotel in Uliastai |
| Day 13 Uliastai town - Ulaanbaatar |
| Visit local museum and have a lunch at local restaurant. Transfer to the airport and take a flight* to Ulaanbaatar. Check in hotel and overnight at hotel |
| Day 14 Ulaanbaatar - Tsetsee Gun Peak – Ulaanbaatar |
| We will drive southwest to Manzushir Monastery. Here you will enjoy the best view of the Manzushir area. Start trekking to the Tsetsee Gun Holy Peak (2256 meters) on Sacred Bogd Khan Mountain in its strictly protected area. Have a picnic lunch on the way. Enjoy the splendid view of Ulaanbaatar and the surrounding areas from the top of Bogd Khan Mountain. Hike down the mountain and drive back to Ulaanbaatar and we will do short sightseeing tour including Natural History Museum or National History Museum or Bogd Khan Winter Palace Museum. In the afternoon free time for shopping and for relax. Have a farewell dinner. Overnight at hotel |
