Rates

This tariff is applicable from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017. All rates are per person in U.S. Dollar. Significant changes in the value of the Dollar in relation to various currencies or drastic increase in cost of land / air services may necessitate increase in the tour cost. However, once the tour is paid in full, you are guaranteed against future price increases, provided no charge is made by the passenger (s) to the original booking.

Free of charge 

For every 15 paying clients in a group, one extra person can be included in the tour free of charge.

Booking

Group tours should be booked two months in advance and the rooming list should be sent 15 days before arrival. For individuals, booking should be made 14 days in advance. Also, we provide services to make reservations in hotels and for train/air tickets.

Payment

Deposit %60 of the total tour cost must be paid to our bank account upon the tour confirmation and remaining balance must be paid to our bank account one month in advance. Payment must be made on time; otherwise, reservation will be canceled.

Cancellation policy:

25% cancellation charge for all tours canceled before one month of arrival.

50% cancellation charge for all tours canceled within 8-29 days of arrival.

75% cancellation charge for all tours canceled within 3-7 days of arrival.

100% cancellation charge for all tours canceled within 0-2 days of arrival.

Confirmation

All bookings and other inquires will be responded to within 48 hours.

Transportation

All clients will be met at the airport on arrival and taken to the airport for departure. We provide vehicles and a driver according to the size of group (i.e. tour bus, van or jeep).

Guide

All group tour arrangements (i.e. groups of four or more) include the exclusive service of English speaking guide. Other languages are available upon request.

Changes to the Itinerary

We have made attempts to make these programs as accurate as possible. However, in circumstances beyond our control, changes may occur. We therefore reserve the right to change itinerary, carriers and substitute hotels where necessary.

Responsibility

BATTOUR for the owners and/or contractors, travelers, providing the services and means of transportation used in the tours. All tickets and vouchers issued are subject to the terms and conditions under which such services and means of transportation are offered and provided. BAT TOUR shall assume no responsibility in any way in connection to or with any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, cancellation or delay through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tours. No responsibility is assumed for any additional expenses due to delay, omissions, re-routing, changes in schedule or visa rules, other events resulting from improper health certificates or travel documents or as acts of government or authority or any local conditions such as weather, seasonal variation, labor strikes, civil disturbances, political unrest etc.
